Why is Group Dog Training Beneficial for Dogs & Their Humans
Group training does more than just teach your dog how to sit or stay. It gives both of you the tools and confidence to handle real-world situations together.
For dogs, group training…
Builds focus around distractions: Practicing in a controlled group setting teaches your dog how to stay calm and engaged even when there’s a lot going on.
Encourages social confidence: Whether your dog is overly excited or a little unsure, working near other dogs and people helps them feel more comfortable in new situations.
Reinforces polite manners: Group classes create the perfect space to work on leash walking, greetings, and impulse control in everyday scenarios
For humans…
Learn with support: You’re not just training your dog, you’re learning too. Group settings offer encouragement, coaching, and community.
See, you're not alone: Many dog owners feel isolated when their dog’s behavior is challenging. Group training reminds you that you're not the only one working through things.
Get real-time feedback: I’ll guide you through each skill, answer your questions, and help you adjust techniques based on your dog’s needs.
Training in groups is fun, effective, and empowering for both ends of the leash.

Manuela was such a fantastic teacher for my borzoi and I! She was so encouraging and understanding of my rescue dog and helped me build a better relationship with him. Her lessons were simple and effective and my dog and I were able to get him CGC certified which I never thought could happen but now he’s a very good boy!

I am beyond impressed with what Manuela was able to do my my sweet boy in just 2 weeks during his board and train program! She sent me daily updates and pictures of him as well as progress reports. Manuela came highly recommended from his daycare, and my only wish is that I would have gone to see her sooner! I very much recommend her to anyone who needs a little extra help!
